Gardeners house

In the 1930s the Strijp was part of the horticultural area ‘Het Westland’. In 1930 the Van Ruijven family built a new home for the whole family. Architect Dessing designed the plans and two sisters laid the first stone. The house on the Strijpwetering dates from 1930 The owner was a gardener, what you can see from the adjacent greenhouse.

In 2017 we bought this house and after a thorough renovation the B & B opened in 2019. This B & B has been completely renovated to the original style and also features modern facilities. With its own entrance, a spacious dining and bedroom and a modern bathroom, it is equipped with all comforts.
